DISTANCE CONTRACT

The seller of the goods offered on this website is SIA "Divdesmit četri" registration number 40003474058, legal address Kabiles iela 37, Mārupe, Latvia, on one side, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other side, hereby enters into the following Agreement:

  1. General Terms
  • The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order made in the online store;
  • A general description of the goods, composition, packaging, and delivery method is provided for each item individually. The Seller informs that information about the product may be changed without notice;
  • In cases where the ordered item is unavailable or there are delivery issues, the Seller will inform the Buyer within one business day;
  • The colors of products in real life may differ from those shown on the website due to monitor settings;
  • Product prices for each item are listed separately. The Seller informs that prices in the online store are variable and may be changed without notice.
  1. Ordering Goods
  • To place an order in the online store, the Buyer selects items, their size, or any available variations and adds them to the shopping cart. To confirm the order, the Buyer selects the "Order" option;
  • The Buyer is personally responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details;
  • If the Buyer wishes to make changes to the order, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller of the changes using the contact form or by email at [email protected];
  • By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the product description, care instructions, and all information related to the specific product published in the product description;
  • If the Buyer has any questions or uncertainties about ordering goods or order details, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact form or email at [email protected];
  • The goods will only be reserved for the Buyer after payment is made;
  • In case the Seller cannot deliver the specific product (the product is unavailable in stock, the Seller detects a defect, etc.), the Seller will refund the amount paid for that specific product to the Buyer. If the Buyer ordered multiple products and one or more cannot be delivered, the Seller will deliver all available products according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer to offer another equivalent product in place of the missing one, using the contact information provided by the Buyer in the order.
  1. Payment for Goods
  • Upon placing the order, the Buyer will receive an invoice with the company's details and transaction information to the email provided;
  • The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature;
  • The Buyer makes payment for the order via bank transfer or credit card/online banking;
  • Any commission fees (e.g., interbank fees) related to the transfer are covered by the Buyer;
  • The Seller will start preparing the order only after receiving the payment for the order in the Seller's bank account;
  • The gift card number should be entered in the payment field under the Discount Code.
  1. Delivery of Goods

  • The Seller will deliver the order to the Buyer according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer;

  • Goods will be shipped within 10 - 12 business days from the moment of payment for the order. If more time is needed for order preparation, the Seller will inform the Buyer;

  • In urgent cases, if the Buyer requires faster shipping, the Buyer should inform the Seller to agree on faster shipping options;

  • Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. Available delivery methods are:

    • Delivery via OMNIVA / VENIPAK / DPD parcel machine, price - 2.49 EUR (free delivery for orders over 150 EUR*);
    • Delivery within via courier to EU countries, price - 5.00 EUR;

    *Free delivery with OMNIVA does not apply to items that cannot fit in the parcel machine.

  • If the Buyer wants to receive the order using another delivery method, they should agree on this with the Seller;

  • If there is a delay in preparing the order, the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer about the delay in delivery;

  • The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the chosen delivery service provider (e.g., Omniva, Express Mail, etc.);

  • If the size of the ordered goods exceeds the size that can be placed in a parcel machine or delivered by the chosen courier, the Seller will use alternative delivery methods. For example, if the product size exceeds the available L-size locker in Omniva, the Seller will deliver using Omniva courier services, Express Mail, QWQER, or other delivery methods. The costs related to changing the delivery method will be covered by the Seller.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the ordered goods or exchange them within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order in the following cases:

    • The product is unused;
    • The product is in its original packaging with the original product labels and complete set;
    • The product is not stained, wrinkled, or otherwise damaged;
    • For hygiene reasons, underwear, tights, socks, and hygiene items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • To withdraw from the ordered goods, the Buyer must fill out the electronic Withdrawal Form - Withdrawal Form.

  • The Buyer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the goods if they exercise the right of withdrawal;

  • The Seller will refund the money to the Buyer's bank account within 14 days from receiving the goods;

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Buyer used to purchase the goods;

  • If the Buyer requested changes to the goods and they are made to order, the Seller will not accept returns or exchanges (according to Cabinet Regulation 255, paragraph 22);

  • Ordered goods cannot be exchanged when using courier services; they can only be returned.

  • By entering into the distance contract, the Buyer acknowledges the right of withdrawal and the conditions for filling out the withdrawal form.

  • If exercising the right of withdrawal, please send the goods to the Omniva parcel machine - Mārupes RIMI, Daugavas iela 29, indicating the phone number 25155483. (You must fill out the withdrawal form in advance);

  • If the goods returned by the Buyer were purchased with a gift card, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer will be issued a gift card with the value of the returned goods;

  • The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the moment the goods are delivered to the customer. If the chosen delivery method is store pickup, the withdrawal period starts from the moment the customer receives the invitation to pick up the goods and they are ready.

  • According to the law, the right of withdrawal cannot be used by legal entities.

  1. Privacy

  • We take responsibility that your personal information (name, surname, delivery address, etc.) will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law enforcement authorities.

  • The Seller may request the following personal data from you for order processing, accounting purposes, and organizing product delivery: name, surname, address, phone number, and email.

  • The Seller's accounting is handled by the accounting company SIA Granteles, which has access to your data and uses it only to ensure legally correct accounting for the Seller.

  • The data provided by the Buyer is stored on the website developer’s platform, the Seller’s computer, and the email address [email protected]. The data is protected, and only authorized personnel can access it.
